My50 Terms and Eligibility
My50 is a special limited time offer available to any Venfino user that books a venue after initially contacting it using Venfino.com. The offer cannot be combined
with any other offer and is limited to one incentive per event inquiry. For the sake of clarity, if you submit a single inquiry for multiple events you are planning (e.g. 4 quarterly conferences), you will only be eligible to receive the booking reward for the first event booked.
To be eligible to receive $50 as an incentive for booking a Venfino venue, the following rules apply:
-You must initially contact the venue by submitting a free event inquiry on Venfino.com. If you contact the venue directly or through a third party regarding the same event prior
to submitting a Venfino event inquiry to the venue, you are not eligible for the My50 offer.
-You must sign a contract (always directly with the venue) and put down a monetary deposit for the booked date prior to taking advantage of the My50 offer.
-The Venfino venue you booked must confirm the details of your booking
This My50 Offer Redemption Policy states the only terms and conditions under which Venfino will reimburse its customers
for offer submissions (“Policy”). Your acceptance and redemption of the My50 Offer constitutes your acceptance of and binding agreement with
all the terms and conditions in this Policy.
Venfino reserves the right to confirm any details of your booking with the booked venue.
If multiple individuals are responsible for planning your event (e.g. colleagues, family members, event planners),
Venfino is only able to extend the My50 Offer to the individual that first claims the booking.
A valid mailing address must be provided by you for prompt payment of the My50 Offer.
Failure to enforce any terms or conditions of this Policy shall not constitute
waiver of such provision or any other provision by Venfino. Venfino
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice to any party, to
modify, revise or eliminate any of the provisions of this Policy. It is the customer’s
responsibility to obtain updated copies of this Policy.
