The venue's 4,000 sq. ft. handicap accessible Auditorium, with a seating capacity of 275 guests and tiered seating, is perfect for multimedia events, including live productions and performances, live global webcasts, press conferences, product launches and screenings. The Auditorium's green room suite is complete with a dressing room, make-up tables, lounge and pantry.
The Auditorium Lobby also provides a welcome gathering place for receptions before and after an event. And for those special occasions in need of overflow space, the Auditorium Lobby has a plasma screen TV capable of simulcasting proceedings in the Auditorium.
Conveniently located in close proximity to the Auditorium, the Resource Center, with a standing capacity of 125 and seated (theater-style) capacity of 100, is a highly adaptable, multimedia meeting and event space, featuring customizable display cases. With insulated floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking Broadway, the center is infused with the energy of New York without the congestion, making it an ideal space for small receptions, mid-size presentations, seminars and breakout sessions to accompany Auditorium programming.
Located on the building's top floor is the indoor/outdoor Rooftop Terrace, an ideal location for guests to dine cafeteria style between Auditorium event sessions or enjoy exclusive private dinners and receptions during evening hours.
