 Since opening in April 2005, this loft venue in the Gramercy/Flatiron district of Manhattan has proved to be a highly versatile film/photo studio and NYC event space. The 4,000 sq. foot loft/studio has hosted New York corporate events, television commercials, television specials and dozens of photo shoots.
It features a furnished open loft area, 14-foot ceilings, 16 large windows, views of Union Square Park, a beautiful designer kitchen, an oversized bathroom set, a production office, a lounge and a wardrobe room.
The main space has floor-to-ceiling windows facing south and east, and an exposed brick wall. The state-of-the-art kitchen has a movable island with a detachable Viking range top. The kitchen can be lit from either the interior window behind the sink, the three sets of glass French doors or from overhead.
There is also support space for hair, make-up and wardrobe, a client lounge and production area. The studio is a fully furnished daylight studio and can accommodate a 50-person film crew. Wireless internet and passenger/freight elevators are also available.
