The 5,000 sq. ft. indoor loft space, accommodating up to 300 people for cocktails and 180 for formal dinners, has windows on all four sides offering dramatic city views, marble bathrooms, a bridal room, polished oak floors and a professional sound system. The loft is also furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, ottomans, couches, coffee tables, chairs, a VIP/bridal room, adjustable lighting, coat check room and ficus trees. Two passenger elevators and one freight elevator open on the floor. Lounge furniture and an illuminated bar are available at no additional costs.
The 3,400 sq. ft., 360-degree wrap-around rooftop terrace has an exquisite landscaped garden and is also available for both social and corporate NYC events. The largely open-air terrace can accommodate up to 200 people for cocktails and is a perfect setting for your meetings, social events and cocktail parties. The terrace is known for its breathtaking views of the Empire State Building, the famous Marble Collegiate Church, as well as other stunning views of Manhattan.
The terrace now features a retractable awning, allowing events and entertaining regardless of the weather.
From weddings, birthday parties, sweet 16's, bar and bat mitzvahs to product launches, fashion shows, fundraisers and trade shows – the loft space can accommodate them all. Various setup options are available, from small intimate receptions to large cocktails parties of up to 300 people.
