This 30,000-square foot nightclub and event space adjacent to the Hudson River, is comprised of four levels of event space with each level offering a different environment of entertainment.

The Main Room can accommodate up to 1200 people for any type of reception and features a full service bar and a custom sound system suitable for DJs or live acts.

It is the largest area within the building and features a dramatic entrance to the main party space. A custom wooden dance floor is the focus of the room with a top-of-the-line DJ booth and adjustable stage set right on the floor, enabling close interaction with the entertainment. A grand staircase is surrounded by two opulent banquettes and connects with a separate balcony area. The Mezzanine features cozy table seating with the perfect vantage point, offering tables overlooking the dance floor, DJ booth and stage.

The nightclub's 2nd Floor holds up to 625 for receptions and also has a separate full service bar and 2 large bathrooms. It is made up of several different environments yet stays connected to the energy of the dance floor through four balconies affording views of what’s happening below. There are four distinct areas on this level, each decorated with a modish flair, providing intimate retreats.

The Third Level, is an elegant space for 400 people that can operate independently or in conjunction with the rest of the nightclub. It has a separate discrete entrance, an elevator that whisks you upstairs, a full service bar and a DJ booth/sound system. Designed to resemble the eclectic attic of an eccentric personality, Louis XVII details blend with Victorian elements. The intimate setting features Moroccan style vaulted ceilings and plush seating with interchangeable layouts.

The club's lower level features a large capacity coat check facility, a merchandise store and bathrooms. Entrances and elevators are available on both sides of the building.
