Any type of New York City special event, from a 100-person corporate launch party to an intimate, 10-person company meeting, can be easily accommodated at the studio. A step and repeat wall and a screening wall can be utilized for various press/media functions and multimedia events. The white curve works well for displaying products, and the loft is frequently used as a showroom, pop up shop and fashion presentation space. A custom bar, wireless internet and audio equipment are also included in the rental of this Flatiron District studio.
Comfortable Studio for NYC Photo and Film Shoots
The Flatiron District photo/film studio presents a comfortable shoot space for creatives in NYC. The loft space has a custom shoot cyclorama and a freight elevator for easy load-in/load-out. Racks, tables and steamers are also available for use, as well as hair and makeup settings. A separate 750 sq. ft. room can be utilized for additional shoot space or for changing, styling, storage and lounging. The studio's shoot space has been used for product videos, talking heads and interviews, castings and other types of New York City productions. Production services are offered on-site.
