 This full-service loft, studio and event space, located in the center of Manhattan, occupies the entire 14th floor in a 15-story historical building and features a 360-degree panoramic view of New York City, including such sights as the Hudson River, New Jersey and most of the magical structures of Midtown Manhattan. Conveniently located in Midtown West, on the border of the Garment District and Hell's Kitchen, the open loft/studio also has an outdoor patio of over 600 square feet.
Catering to a wide spectrum of events, this location is ideal for those looking for a modern venue. Additionally, the studio's experienced staff has been known to go above and beyond basic event needs, assisting in decoration, technical set-up and much more. The loft has over 4,000 sq. ft. of interior space to accommodate your guests, and the 600 sq. ft. terrace is also excellent for clients looking for an outdoor feature. Two very large French doors take you out to see spectacular views of the city and relax from your NYC private event or photo/film production.
The loft's bathrooms are all new with a marble tiled shower and are handicap accessible, and the entire loft has been completely restored with a new 12-foot ceiling and walls. The floor is completely leveled with an acid-stained cement finish that is a work of art. There are two new passenger elevators and one large freight elevator to bring up all your heavy equipment. To serve you better, the Midtown venue has a private office with double French doors for your use as well as other smaller studios to facilitate your production's needs. Additional amenities for shoots and parties/events include a full-service kitchen for caterers, kitchen supplies, vanity tables and styling amenities such as steamers and irons, a blackout curtain system and broadband wireless internet access.
