This truly unique New York City loft/screening room was designed and built by an accomplished artist and musician to fill the need for small, high-end performance spaces in NYC. As a result, the Flatiron District venue has not only become the "it" place for musicians and artists to perform, but also a popular destination for corporate and personal events desiring something special and different. The loft space can easily accommodate intimate parties, movie screenings, art shows, concerts, seminars, presentations and other types of events.
With its very modern and industrial design, complete with metal walkway and glass loft, the venue boasts one of the best audio setups in New York. The small stage, which sits in front of the loft's clear view of lower Manhattan, is perfect for New York City events featuring live musical acts. The 10X16 foot video screen and projector also allows for movie screenings, presentations and events that require the versatility of video.
The room is set up to handle almost any audio or video technical requirements, with a staff that can accommodate everything from simple photography to capturing the entire event on film with high-definition video cameras.
