 This exceptional Downtown Manhattan private dining and event facility, located in the former headquarters of a major bank, is listed in the National Historic Register as a landmark building. The venue can accommodate a multitude of NYC events, including movie premieres, art exhibitions, fashion events, concerts, corporate functions, product launches and bar/bat mitzvahs.
On the ground floor is the 5,700 square foot auditorium, adorned with 30-ft mosaic pillars and a state-of-the-art, Broadway-quality audio/visual system, complete with a 22’ x 22’ roll-down projection screen. The real beauty of the room, though, is the 225-ft mural by Griffith Bailey Coale, which wraps around the perimeter. At the top of the building is a 5,000 square foot gymnasium, which is ideal for cocktail or children’s parties.
For off-site NYC meetings, corporate clients are welcome to use the venue's conference room. The room has 543 square-feet of original wood paneling, Internet access, a wall-mounted monitor for displaying anything from pictures to presentations, and aesthetics such as a fireplace and large windows  Catering | The venue does not offer in-house catering and welcomes insured outside caterers.
