Eco-Friendly Bi-Level Downtown Lounge with Stage NYC

This bi-level 6,000 sq. ft. event space, lounge, and party space, located in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, leads the next generation of New York City special event venues, having been built from recycled or recyclable materials. The lounge has gone the extra mile to receive its L.E.E.D. certification, which is awarded by the United States Green Buildings Council for environmentally conscious construction and design.

With two floors and two separate sound systems, the Downtown Manhattan lounge offers multiple VIP sections both upstairs and downstairs, and can easily accommodate events from 20-400 guests. One of the space's most spectacular attributes is its transparent ceiling fixture, comprised of over 5,000 individually hung crystals and designed to emulate a rolling landscape. The bars on both levels feature clear recycled glass panorama designs, which display lush natural scenes. LED lighting is also dispersed throughout the venue and custom light projections are always available upon request.

For performances and presentations, this SoHo night club has a raised 200 sq. ft. stage and a backstage section. A fully-equipped professional DJ booth and state-of-the-art sound system are also available on each level, and the club's interior projection screens can be easily connected to a DVD player or a computer.

The lounge takes great pride in its staffing services, from bartenders to cocktail servers to greeters. A wide range of catering services is available on-site, including passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet and sit-down dinners, making the venue a great choice for all types of NYC private events, including bar/bat mitzvahs, launch parties, fundraisers, performances, holiday parties, photo/film shoots, birthdays and sweet 16s.
