The Screening Room, a technologically sophisticated 70-seat private theater with red plush velour seats, equipped with built-in desks, is conveniently located two floors below the lobby. Stylishly designed, this event space is perfect for movie screenings, premieres, Powerpoint presentations or business meetings, with VHS and DVD capabilities.
The Loft, with 9.5-foot ceilings, is located on the entire 25th floor of the hotel, featuring floor to ceiling windows (with black out curtains) offering surrounding views of the New York City skyline, the Empire State Building and Bryant Park. The Loft is 1,000 square feet, featuring hard wood floors with a full marble bathroom and half bath in the foyer. This event space is great for NY meetings, showrooms, cocktail receptions or social events.
The Terrace Loft, an 1,100 square foot space, encompasses the entire 24th floor, with French doors opening onto the terrace, leading to spectacular surrounding views of the New York City skyline. This event space features hardwood floors with a full marble bathroom and half bath.
The hotel’s 3,000 square foot, gothic, cavernous lounge, conveniently located on the level above the screening room and right off the hotel lobby, holds up to 300 people standing or 125 seated. The bar/lounge is the ideal location to host a New York City private event, cocktail reception or fashion show.
The Boardroom Suite is located on the 5th floor and seats 8 to 10 people comfortably at a traditional cherry wood boardroom table. Overlooking Bryant Park, this 715 square foot space is equipped with high backed leather mesh chairs, whiteboard, 32” High Definition LCD flat screen television for Powerpoint or other presentations, DVD Player, BOSE Wave Music System, and wireless and high speed Internet capabilities. The Boardroom Suite features one and a half bathrooms – one in the bedroom and the other in the conference room area. Food and beverage can be ordered through private dining.
