SetupThis Midtown East conference center and meeting venue offers a variety of event spaces within its 20,000 sq. ft. single level space, including a 175-seat Presentation & Learning Theater, a 2,900 sq. ft. Grand Central Room, a 4,000 sq. ft. Event Studio, 5 high-tech Conference Rooms and a Private Executive Dining Room. Choose from one of the technology-designed conference rooms offering diverse flexibility and capable of accommodating meetings of any size. Each conference room includes state-of-the art technology, ergonomic chairs and non-glare conference tables in a high-tech, high-touch environment supported by the conference center service and technology support staff.

From conception to execution, the conference center extends far beyond hospitality operations by helping to facilitate the creation, production and delivery of high impact programs for its clients.

The 4,000 sq. ft. Event Studio can comfortably accommodate up to 25 exhibit booths with a separate presentation setting for 200 guests in theater-style seating, complete with finished walls, 12-foot studio ceilings and the latest in acoustics, lighting and staging capabilities.

In addition, The Grand Central Room is the perfect venue for NYC meetings, training sessions, special events, and banquets. The room is designed as a studio to offer a wide array of set-up plans, staging, and finishes. The meeting space is perfect for meetings of 100-150, events for 250, and banquets for 200 guests.

The venue's all-inclusive per person package provides an ease of budgeting and ensures that the learning and meeting environment is not fractured. The package approach often means significant savings as compared to “a la carte“ pricing at New York City hotels.

The conference center provides a full array of food and beverage services – from continental breakfast and continuous refreshment breaks for meeting participants, hot and cold luncheon buffet or deluxe sandwich buffet, to elegant banquets – both buffet and plated service. The venue's Food and Beverage team is experienced in all facets of innovative dining and welcomes the opportunity to design a memorable event. With Zagat-rated cuisine, the in-house culinary team provides well-designed, savory food selection for its continuous meeting breaks, luncheons, dinner meetings, banquets, and receptions. The food service's attention to detail includes fine china and crystal, European flatware and elegant linens as well as “white glove” four-diamond service.
