 This large Downtown Manhattan loft space and photo/film studio is 100 feet long and 24 feet wide. The venue features 2 large event spaces - a large furnished living room with 15-feet ceilings and wood floors and a large second room with enormous windows that open like doors, also with 15 foot ceilings and wood floors. There is a long natural brick wall on one side of the loft.
The NoHo loft space has a new state-of-the-art eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops and a garland gas stove. In addition, the loft space has a balcony with two bedrooms on either side with white beamed ceilings. A spiral interior staircase adds drama to the space.
The loft, studio and event space hosts many types of private events in New York City -- NYC baby showers, conferences, cocktail parties, film/photo shoots, fundraisers, meetings, launch parties, sample sales and wine tastings.
