 This versatile event venue in Manhattan's Midtown West neighborhood operates three singularly different event spaces – all located in one building half a block from the center of Times Square. With a combined area of almost 25,000 square feet, each event space can operate independently or as one vertically integrated unit. Each space is equipped with its own bars, restrooms, coat check and sound systems and is uniquely suited for NYC corporate events, sales meetings, holiday parties, film and Broadway premieres, fashion shows – and of course, New York City social events such as weddings, sweet 16’s and bar mitzvahs.
The Lounge is an intimate 3,200 sq. ft. lounge with couches, banquette seating and leaded glass windows. The lounge contains a large bar, private entrance, private restrooms, private coat check, separate dance floor, sound system and stage for live performances, seminars, presentations or a DJ. The event room is casual and intimate, but extremely comfortable and fun. It is the perfect space for events from 75 to 275 people.
The Ballroom, the largest of the 3 event spaces, is a beautiful sexy room dripping with black crystal chandeliers and plush velvet drapes surrounding cozy leather banquettes. The ballroom boasts a large comfortable dance floor and performance stage, and is acoustically designed for live shows. It features a top-of-the-line JBL sound system and the newest lighting effects such as rotating robots, sophisticated lasers and a full range of stage lighting for music shows and presentations. The room accommodates up to 700 for cocktails and about 300 seated.
The Rooftop is the newest addition to the Manhattan skyline. A unique indoor/outdoor event space with fabulous views, its most striking features are soft white terrace walls covered with natural foliage and two magnificent trees – one inside teeming with leaves, the other outside, covered with hundreds of soft amber lights. The rooftop space has a private entrance and is also accessible by elevator. It has two bars, an outstanding sound system, an elevated VIP deck, and seating throughout. Smoking, of course, is always permitted on the terrace. The Rooftop can accommodate 400-450 guests for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres or can seat about 175. During the winter months, the outdoor area is beautifully tented and heated for year round use.
Think “outside the box” when planning your next corporate meeting in Manhattan. Each event space can be utilized for different purposes. There is a general session meeting space with a large stage and screen for presentations and plenty of breakout areas and separate rooms for breakfast, lunch and post meeting receptions.
The venue's catering operation is completely in–house. It offers diverse, contemporary menu choices and is run by an extremely experienced staff.
