The venue's 4,000 sq. ft. handicap accessible Auditorium, with a seating capacity of 250 guests, is perfect for multimedia events, including live productions and performances, live global webcasts, press conferences, product launches and film screenings. The Auditorium's green room suite is complete with a dressing room, make-up tables, a lounge and a pantry. The Auditorium Lobby provides a welcome gathering place for pre and post receptions and has a plasma screen TV capable of simulcasting proceedings in the Auditorium for guest overflow.

The Resource Center, with a standing capacity of 125 and a seated (theater-style) capacity of 100, is a highly adaptable, multimedia meeting and event space, featuring customizable display cases. With insulated floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking Broadway, the center is infused with the energy of New York without the congestion, making it an ideal space for small receptions, mid-size presentations, seminars and breakout sessions to accompany Auditorium programming.

The Living Room is unlike any other meeting or reception space in SoHo. It is a place for intimate, creative and strategic meetings, designed to cultivate and share ideas, and to inspire great achievement. The Living Room features the original Woolworth board room table and is the perfect space for Downtown Manhattan private receptions, staff retreats, creative brainstorming and strategic planning sessions, offsite board meetings, and private conference calls.

One of the most unique duplex spaces in Manhattan, The Penthouse Suite, is situated high atop the Cast Iron District in SoHo and offers a perfect combination of classic elegance and contemporary chic. This sumptuous space is an ideal choice for private cocktail receptions and meal functions where you can enjoy one of the world's most famous skyline views. The Penthouse Suite is ideal for NYC receptions, seated meals, offsite board meetings, and photo & film shoots.
