The building is one of New York's most exceptional landmarks and is listed on the National Historic Register. This grand Romanesque Revival structure was designed by Albert Wagner and was built in 1885 for the J. Ottman Lithographic Company.
The double row of vast round-arched windows, expansive open interiors and 16 ft. ceilings all create spectacular sun-drenched spaces inside. These features make the space an ideal location for weddings, meeting events, trade shows, receptions, auctions, wine tasting events and many other event types.
With over 10,000 square feet and 20-foot ceilings, it is no wonder the ground floor is considered one of New York's largest and renowned ballrooms. In the heart of SoHo, the Grand Ballroom can accommodate over 550 people for a sit-down dinner or 1500 people for a reception. The Lafayette & Gallery Rooms sit adjacent to the Grand Ballroom and are ideal for pre-function areas and break-out rooms.
The beautiful sun-drenched 7th Floor Ballroom is an intimate loft space with fabulous views of New York City.
