| Setup | The venue is made up of 4 rooms: Lobby (280 standing, 100 seated (round tables)), Board Room (90 standing, 50 seated (round tables), 80 seated (theatre-style), 40 seated (classroom-style)), Conference Room (90 standing, 50 seated (round tables), 80 seated (theatre-style), 40 seated (classroom-style)) and Auditorium (300 standing, 230 seated (round tables), 300 seated (theatre-style), 150 seated (classroom-style)).
The lobby is connected to all three rooms. The Board Room is located in the south east corner of the building with a view of the East River.
