 This unique three-level storefront venue, pop-up space and loft is located in the heart of Manhattan’s Fashion District. The contemporary raw space boasts over 3,500 square feet and transforms with each performance, meeting, fundraiser, corporate and private event. The venue features a state-of-the-art audiovisual system, a kitchen, in-house furniture, custom drapery and lighting. It is perfect for NYC meetings and presentations, photo and film shoots, screenings, product launches, fashion shows, birthday parties, weddings, and bar and bat mitzvahs. Aside from being a versatile event space, the venue is a proud supporter of the performing arts and is very involved in its surrounding community.
The Main Level features a large, glass storefront for easy street access. It is the venue’s most diverse event space, with tall, immaculate white walls, high ceilings, a customizable surround light system and an open floor concept. The room can accommodate 70 guests for a cocktail reception, 75 for a runway fashion show and 50 for a seated dinner. The storefront’s glass windows provide a perfect opportunity for branding and displays, sure enough to enhance foot traffic to your Garment District pop-up event or sample sale. If necessary, the front doors can even be removed to accommodate a vehicle for a car launch event.

Studio B is part of the Main Level and includes double doors for added privacy. The room, which can accommodate up to 30 standing guests or 24 for a seated affair, can be left open for additional square footage on the main level or closed off for private meetings and back-of-house requirements.

The ample, airy space of The Mezzanine overlooks the Main Level, providing a perfect retreat for parties, meetings, presentations and performances. Custom-fitted, soundproof curtains give the option to create either an intimate private space or, if left open, a bridge between the Main Level. The Mezzanine also features an adjacent suite, perfect for a bridal suite or storage. The Mezzanine event space can accommodate up to 70 guests for a cocktail reception and 60 for a seated dinner.

The Lower Level is the venue's signature space. Its curtain-lined walls, custom vertical lighting, graphite marmoleum floors and a full sound system allow it to accommodate any type of corporate or social event, from an elegant Manhattan cocktail party, to a private dinner, jazz club, or world-premiere performance. The room can hold up to 70 guests for cocktails and 48 for a seated dinner.
